Who are we?

The Euro Info Centre (EIC) network was established by the European Commission to support small and medium-sized businesses. The network was established in 1987 and has representatives in 42 countries. EIC is an official consultancy network, specially created to help businesses take advantage of the opportunities on offer in Europe. It guarantees a professional approach and specialist consultancy of a high standard.

The aim of the EIC is:

1. to inform businesses of Community matters
2. to inform small and medium-sized businesses about EU legislation
3. to help small and medium-sized businesses become established on the European market
4. to provide feedback to the European Commission on matters relating to small and medium-sized businesses

We offer:

• information on the European Union
• assistance in doing business on the European market
• consultancy and training on EU matters
• information on European projects and programmes
• information on individual markets and countries
• assistance for businesses in submitting applications for financing and participation in European Commission projects
• assistance for businesses relating to exports onto other markets
• assistance for businesses in seeking business partners, investment opportunities and suppliers
• assistance relating to European tenders (public orders)
