THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SOUTH MORAVIA
Who are we?
The Regional Development Agency of South Moravia (RDA SM) is an interest group of corporations representing the interests of its founders - the Southern Moravia Region, the Association of Municipal and Local Authorities of Southern Moravia and the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Southern Moravia. The RDA SM works on a not-for-profit basis - any money it makes is reinvested in further activities and projects designed to benefit the region.
The RDA SM was established on 10 September 1997 to administer the PHARE CBC programme for the Small Projects Fund within the framework of cross-border co-operation in the Southern Moravia - Lower Austria region. Since that time its activities have been expanded to take in assistance for foreign investors in the Southern Moravia Region and, in connection with the preparations for the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union, consultancy and project preparation for pre-accession and structural funds aimed at local and municipal authorities. The RDA SM has also become actively engaged in the implementation of the Regional Innovation Strategy of the Southern Moravia Region and the development of cluster initiatives.
We offer:
- the preparation of Structural Fund projects
- support for direct investment in the region
- the administration of a Disposition Fund within the framework of the INTERREG IIIA initiative
- support for the development of a suitable environment for the dissemination of innovation
